Steps to successfully make an Age-Verified Delivery
Amazon Flex UK follows a strict age-verification process for restricted items.

Ask for year of birth
The app will flag age-restricted packages. Ask the recipient for verbal confirmation of their year of birth and enter it in the app.

Check their physical ID
If the app flags the recipient as under 25, you must check their physical ID yourself. Read their date of birth from the ID and enter it in the app.
âš You must see the ID yourself, do not accept a verbally stated date of birth at this step.

Wait for app confirmation
If the app confirms, go ahead and deliver. Otherwise, return the item to the station.
âš If the recipient refuses to verify their age, do NOT deliver the item.
Valid forms of ID
The following forms of identification are accepted for age verification:
• Government-issued ID card
• Passport
• Driving licence
• MoD Form 90
NOTE: Confirm the ID matches the person presenting it. Never scan or photograph a customer's ID.

Your safety is our top priority
Amazon Flex offers Age-Verified Delivery lanyards at all stations.
