Your safety as a delivery partner is our priority at Amazon Flex. In support of this, we provide free, optional safety gear for you to use while on the road and during deliveries. We are continually expanding to additional locations, making more gear available, as well as offering new types of gear.

Reflective safety vests

Everyone, including Amazon Flex delivery partners, must wear a high-visibility, reflective safety vest at Amazon delivery stations and car parks. These vests are available from delivery stations at no cost to you. They are designed with reflective technology to help you stay visible to other vehicles, Amazon customers and the community while at the delivery station and on the road. For maximum visibility, it is important that you wear your safety vest as the outermost layer at all times when making Amazon Flex deliveries.

Vehicle magnets

Amazon Flex offers a free vehicle magnet at all delivery stations. This magnet is designed to keep you safe on the road by letting community members know that your vehicle makes frequent stops. When using a vehicle magnet, remember to not block functional parts of your vehicle, such as sensors, door handles, or number plates.

Parcel pushers

To protect your hands from injury and dog bites when delivering through letterboxes, we offer free parcel pushers at all sites. These items offer a simple and effective way to push post through letterboxes without exposing fingers.

Age-Verified Delivery cards and lanyards

To help assist you when asking customers for valid ID, we offer free Age-Verified Delivery cards and lanyards. The lanyards help you deliver with confidence and explain the process to customers.
