Making a positive impact through community deliveries

The Amazon Community Delivery programme pays Amazon Flex delivery partners like you to create a positive impact in your community. Through this programme, you can deliver meals and supplies from food banks and other local nonprofit organisations to those in need.

Since launching in October 2024, delivery partners have delivered more than 2,000 packages as part of our partnership with Foodstock, a Belfast-based charity focused on addressing food insecurity.

How to get involved in Community Delivery

The service is provided free of charge to charitable organisations and recipients, while delivery partners earn just like you would for standard delivery blocks. If available in your area, you'll see Community Delivery blocks in the Offers section of your Amazon Flex app, marked with "Community" in the name and an "R" at the beginning of the site code.

The pickup process for Community Delivery blocks differs slightly from standard deliveries. Instead of collecting packages from an Amazon delivery station, you will visit food banks or warehouses where staff will assist with locating the pick-up area. While these locations may operate from parking lots or other open areas, Amazon Flex signage will help guide you to the correct spot.
