3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 00:01 AM GMT+1 on 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 18 October 2026 ('Promotion Period'). All Bingo card actions must be completed within the Promotion Period. All card submissions must be received before 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 18 October 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Accessing the Bingo Card
All Amazon Flex delivery partners who meet the criteria at Section 1 (a) to (b) will receive an email from Amazon Flex containing a unique link to a Bingo Card to the email address associated with your Amazon Flex account on or around the campaign launch date 5 October, 2026. Delivery Partners must use this unique link to access the Bingo Card and mark off the squares corresponding to completed activities during the Promotional Period. Use of the unique link by anyone other than the intended recipient will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
4.2 Completing the Bingo Card
Each Bingo card sets out the nine delivery-related actions arranged in a 3x3 grid. To enter the prize draw you must complete actions during the Promotion Period, return to the microsite to mark each action as complete, and complete a winning pattern before the Promotion Period closes. Completion of each action will be verified and confirmed by Amazon Flex.
5. Winning Patterns and Prizes
There are eight winning patterns, each corresponding to a separate prize draw:

You will be entered into multiple prize draws if you complete multiple winning patterns. For example, if you complete all nine actions, you will be entered into the draw for Three In a Row 6 times (one entry for each row and one for each column), into the draw for Four Corners and X For Flex once each. However, each delivery partner may only win one prize across all prize draws. If you are drawn as a winner in more than one prize draw, you will receive the single prize of the highest value only. Gift Cards are subject to the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
6. Bingo Card Actions — How to Complete Each Challenge
Each 3x3 Bingo card sets out the nine required actions. Each action must be completed during the Promotion Period (00:01 AM GMT+1 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 18 October 2026). All actions are validated by Amazon Flex using backend delivery data and system records. Below is a detailed explanation of exactly what you need to do to complete each action.
Row 1
Action 1 (Row 1, Column 1): Complete a block on a weekend
To complete this action, you must:
• Open the Amazon Flex app and go to the 'Offers' section.
• Accept a delivery block that is scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday during the Promotion Period.
• Arrive at the pickup location on time, collect your assigned packages, and complete all deliveries in that block.
A block is considered 'fully completed' when you have delivered all assigned packages (or returned undeliverable packages to the station as instructed) and the block status in the Amazon Flex system shows as complete. If Amazon Flex cancels a block you accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, this will still count as a completed block for the purposes of this action.
A block completed on the weekend with a scheduled start time between 5:00 PM and 11:00PM constitutes completion of both Actions 1 and 2. A block completed on the weekend with a scheduled start time between 6.30 AM and 10:00 AM constitutes completion of both Actions 1 and 3.
What does not count:
· Blocks that you forfeit, miss (no-show), or cancel yourself do not count.
· Blocks with a start time on a weekday (Monday to Friday) do not count.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks your delivery records for at least one completed block with a scheduled start time falling on a Saturday or Sunday between 5 October 2026 to 18 October 2026.

A block completed on the weekend with a scheduled start time between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM constitutes completion of both Actions 1 and 2. A block completed on a Friday with a scheduled start time between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM constitutes completion of both Actions 2 and 6.
What does not count:
· Blocks that you forfeit, miss (no-show), or cancel yourself do not count.
· Blocks with a scheduled start time before 5:00 PM or after 11:00 PM do not count.
The start time used for validation is the scheduled start time shown in the Amazon Flex app at the time you accepted the block, not the time you actually arrived at the station.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks your delivery records for at least one completed block with a scheduled start time between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM (inclusive) during the Promotion Period.

The start time used for validation is the scheduled start time shown in the Amazon Flex app at the time you accepted the block, not the time you actually arrived at the station.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks your delivery records for at least one completed block with a scheduled start time between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM (inclusive) during the Promotion Period.
Row 2
Action 4 (Row 2, Column 1): Check the Offers page every day during the campaign period
To complete this action, you must:
· Open the Amazon Flex app every single day during the Promotion Period (14 consecutive days: from 5 October 2026 to 18 October 2026)
· On each of those 14 days, navigate to the 'Offers' page within the Amazon Flex app.
· You must view the Offers page at least once per day on all 14 days.
What does not count:
· Missing even one day means this action is not complete. You do not need to accept or schedule a block - simply opening and viewing the Offers page is sufficient.
· Opening other sections of the app (such as Calendar, Earnings, or Activity Hub) without viewing the Offers page does not count for that day.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks app activity logs to confirm that you viewed the Offers page at least once on each of the 14 days of the Promotion Period. Each 'day' runs from 00:00 AM to 11:59 PM GMT+1.

· The three blocks can be on any day, at any time of day, from any pickup station, and in any order.
What does not count:
· Blocks that you forfeit, miss (no-show), or cancel yourself do not count.
· If you complete only one or two blocks, this action is not complete. However, if Amazon Flex cancels a block you accepted within 48 hours of the start time, this will still count toward your total.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks your delivery records for three or more fully completed blocks between 05 October and 18 October 2026.
Action 6 (Row 2, Column 3): Completed a block on a Friday
To complete this action, you must:
· Open the Amazon Flex app and go to the 'Offers' ' section.
· Accept a delivery block that is scheduled on a Friday during the Promotion Period.

A block completed on a Friday with a scheduled start time between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM constitutes completion of both Actions 2 and 6. A block completed on a Friday with a scheduled start time between 6.30 AM and 10:00 AM constitutes completion of both Actions 3 and 6.
What does not count:
· Blocks that you forfeit, miss (no-show), or cancel yourself do not count.
· Blocks with a scheduled start time on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday do not count.

What does not count:
· Simply watching the video without completing the knowledge check does not count.
· Scoring below 100% on the knowledge check does not count.
· Accessing the content without completing it does not count.
· If you completed this learning before 5 October 2026, it does not count —-you must retake it during the Promotion Period.
How Amazon validates this: Amazon Flex checks completion records for the 'Making Block Substitutions in the App' learning campaign, confirming that you completed both the video and the knowledge check with a 100% score between 05 October and 18 October 2026.
Action 8 (Row 3, Column 2): Attended all scheduled blocks or cancelled/substituted on time
To complete this action, you must:
· Not miss any delivery block you have accepted during the entire Promotion Period (5 October 2026 to 18 October 2026).
· A 'no-show' is defined as: you accepted a delivery block but did not arrive at the pickup location by the block start time, or you did not start the block after arriving.
· To satisfy this action, your Amazon Flex delivery record must show zero no-shows across the entire 14-day Promotion Period.
What does not count:

However, the following situations are not considered no-shows: (a) blocks that you forfeit more than 45 minutes before the scheduled start time, (b) blocks that Amazon Flex cancels, and (c) blocks affected by a system error confirmed by Amazon. Note: you must have at least one accepted block during the Promotion Period for this action to be eligible for validation.

· Submit the story during the Promotion Period (between 00:01 AM GMT+1 on 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 18 October 2026 ).
What does not count:
· Blank submissions, submissions containing only emojis, single-word emails, or emails with irrelevant or copied content do not count.
· Submissions sent before 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on 18 October 2026 do not count. You only need to send one email — multiple submissions do not earn additional entries.

7. Validation of Actions
All submitted Bingo card actions are validated by the Amazon business intelligence team against backend Amazon Flex delivery records, app activity logs, Resource Portal completion records, and email records. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any entry where the reported actions do not match verified delivery behaviour or system records. Amazon's determination of whether an action has been completed is final and binding. Validation will take place after the Promotion Period closes. Actions that cannot be verified will not be counted toward any winning pattern.
8. Winner Selection
At the end of the Promotion Period, once all actions have been validated, all eligible entries for each pattern will be entered into a separate random draw. Amazon will, in its sole discretion, select the Prize winner[s] at random. The winner[s] will be notified via e-mail within [21 days] of the end of the Promotion Period (“Notification”). Every eligible submission has an equal chance of winning, regardless of when during the Promotion Period the actions were completed or the card was submitted. Completing actions earlier does not give any advantage in the draw.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email on or around 13 November 2026. If a selected winner or any substitute winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, or fails to claim their Prize within five days of receiving the notification, that winner or substitute winner will forfeit the Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If, having attempted to contact a winner and a substitute winner, Amazon is unable to award a Prize, Amazon reserves the right to consider the Prize unclaimed. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified.
